Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

To respect our clients and therapists, please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• More than 24 hours’ notice: no charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed session: full session fee may apply.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The session is cancelled by Williamson Physiotherapy.

• A technical issue prevents an online consultation.

• Medical reasons prevent you from attending (at our discretion).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Rescheduling

We encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation where possible. Contact us to arrange a new appointment time.
