We then carefully assess how you move to identify the true source of your pain or limitation, rather than just treating the area that hurts. Our mobile physiotherapy service across Stockport and South Manchester brings expert musculoskeletal (MSK) care to your home, helping you move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what you enjoy. Conditions I Treat I provide home-visit MSK physiotherapy for adults in Stockport and South Manchester, focusing on muscle, joint and nerve problems that cause pain, stiffness or reduced function. Spine: Back and Neck - Low back pain, sciatica-type leg pain and mechanical neck pain. - Postural aches from desk work, driving or manual jobs. Shoulder, Elbow and Hand - Rotator cuff–related shoulder pain, impingement and frozen shoulder. - Tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, wrist and hand overuse pain. Hip, Knee, Ankle and Foot - Early osteoarthritis, hip and knee pain, patellofemoral (kneecap) pain. - Ankle sprains, Achilles issues and plantar fascia (heel) pain. Sports and Overuse Injuries - Muscle strains, ligament sprains and tendinopathies in active adults and “weekend warriors”. - Gradual-onset training niggles that are stopping you from running, gym or sport. If your symptoms suggest anything more serious than straightforward MSK problems, I will explain my concerns, pause physiotherapy and advise the most appropriate next step, such as your GP, NHS 111 or A&E.
